Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are made-to-order and prepared specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns.

Returns

We do not allow returns once an order has been placed, prepared, delivered, or picked up. This is due to the nature of our products and food safety considerations.

Refund Requests

Customers may request a refund at least 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Refund requests made within 3 days of the delivery date may not be accepted, as ingredients, preparation, and scheduling may already be arranged.

To request a refund, please contact us with your order number and reason for the request. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method.

Exchange Requests

Customers may request an exchange at least 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Exchange requests may include changes to product selection, flavour, size, or delivery date, depending on availability. Any price difference must be paid before the exchange is confirmed.

Exchange requests made within 3 days of the delivery date may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and offer a suitable solution where applicable.
